Our journey began with a mission to address inequalities within the home-service industry. With a deep-rooted background in the construction industry, including serving as the COO of a home exteriors company, our founder recognized the barriers, information gaps, and systemic biases that hindered certain individuals who have been historically overlooked in corporate America. Driven by a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, he launched Equity Exchange Advising to empower business leaders. Our goal is simple: provide the tools, resources, and support necessary for your success.

Our history

Currently, Equity Exchange Advising is just a team of one but is always growing. Before starting the company, the founder, Caleb Hennon, was working as the COO for a home exteriors company where he achieved rapid and remarkable growth, increasing revenue from $1.8 million to over $5 million in less than two years. Strategies across all aspects of the business were streamlined. Proprietary digital tools were created to enhance efficiency and complement the systems that had been implemented. 5 star reviews grew from 50 to over 200. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives were were championed.

Being disappointed by inefficiency and inequality within the industry as a whole, and wanting to have more of an impact, he ventured out on his own to help other companies reach their goals and shape the workforce.
